Wrapping Mechanisms
For large swimming pools
These mechanisms are suitable for medium & large sized swimming pools where the covers are used on a daily basis (e.g. public swimming pools). For small & medium sized swimming pools the mechanism can be manual or automatic, while for large swimming pools it can be automatic. The use of thermal covers on large swimming pools with a manual mechanism is laborious, time consuming and often works as a deterrent for operators.
MNR MODEL
Mobile wrapping mechanism for use in medium-large swimming pools. Its frame and shaft are made of stainless steel, quality AISI 316. Alternatively it can be made of aluminium. It is supported on four heavy-duty rotating wheels, two of which have a braking mechanism. It has the capability of wrapping more than one cover on the same axle, significantly reducing the space it occupies. The automatic version of the mechanism (EL) includes a 24V electric motor, reducer, transformer and control switches in a watertight box. Possibility to add a shaft up to 9m
– MNR 25: Possibility to wrap up to 2 covers of 25x6m each
– MNR 50: Possibility to wrap up to 4 covers of 25x6m each or 2 covers of 50x6m

MODEL CF-1
Trolley wrapping mechanism for use in small-medium sized swimming pools. The frame is made of aluminium, painted with a special paint for additional protection against oxidation and is fitted with an aluminium shaft. It is supported on four rotating wheels of which two have a braking mechanism. Possibility of wrapping a cover up to 25x6m. Manual operation using a crank handle.
Additional options :
– Possibility of adding an axle up to 8m long.
– Possibility of adding a low voltage electric motor
– Possibility of construction entirely in stainless steel, AISI 316 quality.

STP MODEL
Fixed wrapping mechanism for use in medium-large swimming pools. Can be mounted on the floor, wall, ceiling or on specially designed bases. It consists of two stainless steel brackets, and is fitted with an aluminium or stainless steel shaft. It can combine 1, 2 or even 3 shafts, one next to the other. The shaft can have a maximum length of 10 m. Manual or automatic.
Possibility to wrap a cover up to 25m long.

For domestic use
These mechanisms are suitable for small and medium sized swimming pools with light use. (e.g. houses, hotels, gyms, etc.) They are usually manually operated as the wrapping of such size of thermal covers is easy and quick.
MODEL ROLL BASIC
Mobile wrapping mechanism. It consists of 2 stainless steel supports and an aluminium telescopic shaft (Ø81mm, 4.90-6.45m). It operates using a rotating crank and is equipped with a brake for the shaft. On one bracket there are 2 plastic wheels for ease of movement. Possibility of wrapping a cover of dimensions up to 12x6m.

MODEL ADV 43-60
Mobile wrapping mechanism. It consists of 2 stainless steel supports and an aluminium telescopic shaft (Ø102mm, 4.3-5.55m). It operates using a rotating crank and is equipped with a brake for the shaft. On one bracket there are two inflatable wheels for ease of movement. Includes straps to connect the cover to the axle. Ability to wrap a cover up to 13x5m.
